Fotenium is a business-to-business software service used by professional photographers to deliver finished work to their clients. The summary below describes the safeguards we have in place and how to reach us if something goes wrong. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Account holders are professional or semi-professional photographers. Galleries are private by default and shared only via photographer-controlled access. There is no public feed, search, or content discovery.
Photos are stored in EU data centers (Hetzner in Germany, Wasabi in the EU). Most processing stays within the EU. See our sub-processor list.
We follow GDPR rules for personal data of photographers and gallery visitors. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data; the Data Processing Agreement applies to photographers acting as controllers.
We never use photos uploaded to Fotenium to train machine-learning or AI models, and we do not sell or license your content to third parties.
Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, hardcore pornography, IP infringement, harassment, and other illegal content. Professional boudoir between consenting adults (18+) is permitted under defined conditions.
Reports go to mail@fotenium.com. CSAM and NCII reports are reviewed within 24 hours; other reports within 72 hours, in line with the EU Digital Services Act notice-and-action procedure.
We respond to valid legal process from Finnish, EU, and other competent authorities, and report confirmed CSAM to the Finnish National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Centre.
Fotenium is operated by Almaz Mubinov, based in Espoo, Finland. More about the operator at mubinov.com.
